Mr. Walsh has been in the wireless industry for more than 15 years. His experience includes both domestic and international network development, as well as project and program management of existing and new wireless network builds for many carriers throughout the US. He has worked for both carrier and consultants in both sales and operations capacities. Mr. Walsh was a co-owner in Tacit Communications, a successful turn-key network development company, which was purchased in 2000. As President of CSI and TeleSpan Network Services, he oversees the operations, sales, legal and accounting functions of the company. He holds degrees in Communications and Business, and is a licensed Real Estate Broker.

Mr. Mane is a licensed Professional Structural Engineer registered in the state of Arizona and a licensed Professional Civil Engineer in the states of Arizona, California and Virginia. He has been working in the telecommunications field for the last six years and possesses in-depth knowledge of applicable building codes and standards. Mr. Mane has been responsible for mapping, structural analysis, design and retrofit modification of towers and monopoles. He has his Masters Degree in Civil Engineering from Arizona State University.

As a Construction / Project Manager, Mr. Harrington has a comprehensive background in cellular microwave communications which has included all aspects of project management. His eleven years of telecommunications construction experience includes operational inspections, project completion and processing close-out documentation and forms. Mr. Harrington has served as a liaison to customers, field staff, contractors and major communications carriers. He has excellent managerial and technical skills and has a proven track record of success.

Yong-Joong (Y.J.) Kang, Ph.D

Dr. Kang, has more than eleven years of experience in structural engineering, Dr. Kang is also a registered Professional Engineer in the states of California, Arizona, Colorado, New Mexico, Oregon and Washington. He has been responsible for the structural analysis, design, planning and supervision of cellular shelters and towers development. He has analyzed the effects of earthquakes, wind and other extreme hazards on constructed facilities. Dr. Kang has his Ph.D. in Structural Engineering from the University of Illinois and has his NCEES (National Council of Examiners for Engineering and Surveying) certification.
